"ROOKIE has arrived!"
Well ..... I am taking a deep breath and "plunging" in! I feel like the first time I jumped into the swimming pool without someone to catch me. I have always wanted to "blog" but never felt like I had the platform to do so! That has recently changed...after raising 6 children and being a stay at home mom for 27 years... I am stepping out on my next adventure in life! Ron and I moved to North Carolina to pursue dreams we have always had and also to leave behind the wicked winter weather. Yes..... I do not care to ever make another "SNOWMAN!" Last December I passed my North Carolina Real Estate Exam...90 hours of postlicensing classes are behind me also. I am no longer a provisional broker...a bona fide "broker!" I signed with a great company "Wilson Real Estate" in Huntersville, NC. in April. My desire....to put the "REAL" back in Real Estate.
